Outline Activities

W pursue genes and their products molecular-biologically as well as computer-scientifically. Subjects being undertaken are: 1) gene dynamics of yeast, 2) PACADE for 3-D atomic coordinates and secondary structure of proteins, 3) machine learning system to find motifs from DNA and protein sequences, 4) gene regulation for animal development and morphogenesis.
