Outline Activities
A new design theory using Coplanar Waveguides (CPW) lines instead of spiral inductors for RFIC components such as LNA, PA, mixers, VCO and impedance-matching circuits interconnecting them has been proposed. Furthermore, the integrated antenna with semiconductor chip has also been proposed. We have already fabircated and tested a miniaturized antenna integrated with matching circuits.
