Lett., 98, 136105-1-4, 2007.03, SiC(0001)表面上に安定な酸窒化シリコン膜が形成することを見出し、その構造を低速電子回折により決定した。この表面には単位格子中にダングリングボンドが存在せず、大気中でも安定であり、電子デバイスなどへの応用が期待できる。.
