Research interests: 1) Toxic mechanisms of carcinogenic/mutageni arylamines and nitro aromatics; 2) Metabolism and toxicology of drugs of abuse; 3) Mechanism by which dioxins exert the toxicity; 4) Mechanism on xenobitoics - induced regulation of gene expression; and 5) Interaction between phase I and II drug metabolizing enzymes and its implication to drug effects.
