Outline Activities
Research:
*research on German basic words and field-specific words by corpus-based vocabulary surveys
*construction and research of reliable and user-friendly computer corpora of contemporary German
*conception and editing of German-Japanese/Japanese-German dictionaries from the leaners' viewpoint, and description of many words (esp. verbs)
＊survey and research of education of German as second language for Children with migration background in Germany
Education:
*teaching German as a foreign language to the students of the liberal arts couse;
Social activities:
*giving lectures on Japanese lexicology and semantics at the Japanese teachers' training courses of the Fukuoka YWCA
