As to my Academic Activities, add to the reorientation of the matters over the laws and customs in China through the text analysis of recognition process, which has been my research theme before Kyushu University , I am proceeding the research on codifications and effects on them by the foreign law in modern China. This problem premises the current legal system in China and Taiwan and speculating on this aims for acquiring a perspective of the current legal system in these countries.
And I have fulfilled the demand which is required to be a researcher and a practitioner through the class of ‘Chinese Law’, ‘Oriental Legal History’, ‘Chinese Law Seminar’, ‘Chinese Law Study Ⅰ’, and ‘Oriental Legal History Ⅰ’. Also offering the class of ‘Foreign Legal Text Reading’ and the Seminar, I provide as many options as possible to the students.
I try to acquire the latest information of China and Taiwan and will participate in the academic meeting abroad or contact with foreign researchers as well. The accomplishment of these activities should be affected on the classes and seminars I provide.
