Research Interests
  • The study on the molecular mechanism for the activation of Hippo signaling pathway in response to extracellular signal
    keyword : Hippo signaling pathway

Current and Past Project
  • The TCF3 phosphorylation mediated by Wnt/HIPK2 signal attenuates the affinity of TCF3 for the target DNA, leading to the de-repression of the target genes. Next, we address the questions "What components are upstream of HIPK2?" and "How is HIPK2 activated?"
