Outline Activities
My main research interest is the study of bronze production in the Yayoi period.
At the Asian Research Center for Buried Cultural Properties, I am promoting research that integrates the humanities and sciences with the aim of developing new methods of analyzing buried cultural properties.
In addition, in recent years, I have been conducting research on war-related sites and modern and contemporary archaeology since the Meiji period.
The center also conducts comprehensive research, study, utilization, and conservation of the university's buried cultural properties.
