Academic Degree
D.Eng.
Field of Specialization
Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Atmospheric Chemistry, Astrochemistry
Outline Activities
My research addresses photodissociation dynamics and reaction process at interfaces relevant to atmospheric chemistry and astrochemistry. In addition, I have performed field observations to measure chemical properties of atmospheric aerosols. To conduct these researches, I use techniques such as time-of-flight mass spectrometer and cavity ring-down spectroscopy.Current researches specialize in understanding the heterogeneous reaction processes at the air/ice interface and photochemical reactions at the surface of ice, which are involved in polar atmospheric chemistry and interstellar chemistry, respectivety.
