1. 山本高広, 住吉大輔, A Study of Installation Method of Fuel Cell for Residence and Storage Battery in Smart District, International Alliance for Sustainable Urbanization and Regeneration 2019, 2019.03, In recent years, fuel cell co-generation system for residence (FCCGS) has been attracting attention as one of device for on-site generation (OSG) in commercial housing sector. At the present time, these devices are mainly introduced to 3 to 5 people households. On the other hand, dissemination to relatively small households of 2 to 3 people, which occupies a large proportion in the market, is insufficient. To promote dissemination to such customers, it is necessary to reduce installation costs and improve energy efficiency. In order to reduce the initial cost and increase the energy conversion efficiency, it is conceivable to share a multiple devices by multiple households. The authors have been conducting research on this theme. In this report, simulate the sharing of fuel cells and storage batteries in the city block. In addition, through simulation of multiple cases, we analyzed “optimized scale of households to share” and “optimized balance between number of households and devices in group” as the primary energy reduction effect, the life cycle cost (LCC) and the point of power supply and demand adjustment ability. The research proceeded with the following procedure..
