I have continued medical research in the field of pediatric hematology and immunology, especially focusing on bone marrow failure, lymphoproliferative disease, infectious diseases, immunodeficiency diseases and autoimmune diseases. I have continued medical education for students and postgraduate students, and clinical practice and instructions for young pediatricians and staffs. I have also supported the patient advocacy group of aplastic anemia in Japan. Recently, I have continued to participate in the management of the Kyushu University Hospital Comprehensive Maternity and Perinatal Care Center, and have participated in the environmental improvement project of regional medicine.
