水は，生体内の様々な反応に常に関与しており，生化学反応において極めて重要な役割を担っている．水分子のダイナミクスを測定することで，試料中の凍結特性や保存状態が予測できる．しかし，従来の測定方法では，十分な空間解像度で水分子のダイナミクスを測定することは難しかった．そこで本研究では，高い空間解像度を有するラマン分光により，水分子の振動状態を示すスペクトルを測定・解析する手法を確立し，含水試料中の水分子ダイナミクスの三次元的な分布測定手法の確立を目指す．
