    本研究は、分数OAMをオンチップで生成するための集積フォトニクス技術の確立を目指す。導波路励起に対応した位相設計法を構築し、フォトニック回路に結合したマイクロディスク共振器上にハイブリッドナノ加工で位相制御パターンを形成する。これにより、自由空間でのみ実現されてきた分数OAMビームをオンチップで発生させ、整数OAMと分数OAMの双方を扱う光源の実証を行う。
