71. 有本直純,竹島茂樹,北原辰巳, 高温下における舶用シリンダ油の拡がり性と耐スカッフィング性, 日本マリンエンジニアリング学会誌, 第47巻,第3号,pp.421-428, 2012.05, 近年の大形ディーゼル機関は高効率・高出力化が進み,ピストンリングとシリンダライナ摺動面の潤滑状態が苛酷化する傾向にあり,高温下におけるシリンダ油の耐スカッフィング性を向上させることが重要な研究課題になっている.本論文では高温下におけるシリンダ油の油膜拡がり性と耐スカッフィング性が密接に関連していることを明らかにしたうえで,油膜拡がり性を改善し耐スカッフィング性を向上させる方策として,シリンダ油中のフェネート配合量を増大させるとともに酸化防止剤を添加することによりカルボン酸の生成を抑制することが重要であることを明らかにした。.
