Outline Activities
Japanese modern literature since the Meiji period, particularily existentialists or symbolists such as Rinzo Shiina,Chuya Nakahara,Takuji Ote for example. Formation of Japanese modern poetry,translation and adaptation from Western literature, influences from Western literature on Japanese one, comparative study of motifs between Japanese writers and Western ones.
