Dr. Nagata is working at the Kyushu University Hospital of perinatal and neonatal unit as the chief pediatric surgeon. He engaged himself into the 'project to overcome the intractable diseases' member of the Ministry of the Health, Labour, and Welfare, in which he is taking the leadership of the Japanese CDH Study Group.

Current and Past Project

• This research project was founded by the Minestry of Health, Labour and Welfare in the Japanese government. This progject commit to revise clinical guideline for CDH neonates in Japan, to continue database registry, to promote internationa joint research, and other clinical research, and to help establishing patient party for Japanese CDH patients.
