Mater., 10.1002/adfm.202000973, 2000973, 2020.04, 銅ー硫化物系化合物半導体の一種であるエナーガイトCu3PS4のPをGeで置換すると優れた熱電性能が発現することを発見。従来熱電材料として研究されてきた銅ー硫化物系のほとんどが閃亜鉛鉱型の派生構造をとるのに対して、本研究で対象としたCu3PS4はウルツ鉱型の派生構造をとることが特徴である。この発見は、銅―硫黄系熱電材料の研究フィールドを、類似の(ウルツ鉱型派生の)結晶構造の化合物にも広げるものである。.
