Outline Activities
In order to create applications of algebra and number theory and to solve problems in mathematical crystallography, I am particularly interested in developing theories and methods for packing, applied algebra and applied harmonic analysis. Since I have developed methods for solving problems in crystallography using tools from my area of expertise (lattice and quadratic forms) and the field of global optimization (semidefinite programming), I am also working on interdisciplinary and industrial collaborations.
