This problem premises the current legal system in China and Taiwan and speculating on this aims for acquiring a perspective of the current legal system in these countries.
And I have fulfilled the demand which is required to be a researcher and a practitioner through the class of ‘Chinese Law’, ‘Oriental Legal History’, ‘Chinese Law Seminar’, ‘Chinese Law Study Ⅰ’, and ‘Oriental Legal History Ⅰ’. Also offering the class of ‘Foreign Legal Text Reading’ and the Seminar, I provide as many options as possible to the students.
