    白血病の治療成績は、化学療法、分子標的療法、造血幹細胞移植法の進歩にも関わらず、 長期生存率は30%に満たず、新規治療法の開発が急務である。白血病難治性を規定する要因として、患者体内での白血病クローンの多様性が挙げられる。このように多様性に富んだ多種の白血病クローンの根絶には、多剤併用療法が有効であるが、臨床上での薬剤併用療法は、ほぼ経験的に構築されているのが現状であり、革新的な分子標的薬の開発が望まれている。本研究では、細胞・個体レベルの遺伝子異常を背景とする難治性白血病を克服することを目的として、白血病治療のキード ラッグと併用する分子標的薬の開発と、その分子機序について解析する。
