    脳腫瘍の特異なアミノ酸代謝を画像化するメチオニンPET(Positron Emission Tomography) は、腫瘍の進展範囲や再発診断などにその有用性が報告されてきた。しかしながら、現時点で主流である静的撮像法(Static Imaging)による術前の腫瘍悪性度の正確な評価は困難とされており、依然発展途上の課題である。本研究では、動的撮像法(Dynamic imaging)により新たな診断パラメータを探索し、これを先進的な分子イメージング技術であるAPT (Amide Proton Transfer)イメージングと統合することで、この課題を克服し悪性度評価の精度向上を目的とする。

    The 89Y foil was cut, fixed on gold DISC, and irradiated. For the labeled drug, IAB2M and desderioxamine were combined based on previous literature methods. 2-3 mg of Df-IAB2M was mixed with 89Zr and incubated at room temperature with intermittent shaking for binding. Radiolabeling was >80% and radiochemical purity was >95% by instant thin layer chromatography. This demonstrated that 89Zr-labeled anti-PSMA antibodies can be stably labeled. Although animal experiments have not yet been realized because the application for permission for 89Zr at the animal testing facility has not yet been approved, we plan to continue these experiments in the future.
