I have studied mainly Thomas Mann and also dealt with Goethe, Romantic literature, expressionism, and Ingeborg Bachman. I have been engaged in the history of concepts of symbol and allegory, the issue of “apocalypse culture” distinguished in German literature and thought, and somatic research of “Water Spirit Legends.”
