Outline Activities
For organic electronics application, development of a new preparation method for organic ultrathin films and device characterization have been conducted. Invention of Evaporative Spray Deposition using Ultradilute Solution (ESDUS), flexible transistors and organic memory devices using gold nano particles have been achieved.
