1. Research
She has researched Spintronics application, from magnetic materials to magnetic devices. The goal of resarch is to realize extreme low power consumption devices and energy harvest devices toward IoT society.
2. Education activity
Basic course in Electronic information engineering, Electromagnetism II, Spintronics special lecture for graduated school.
3. Society activity
An organizer of sectional committee Spintronics in JSAP(The Japanese Society of Applied Physics), General Affairs Director of MSJ(The Magnetic Society of Japan), a Vice Chair of IEEE Shikoku-FukuokaHiroshima WIE, an Editorial committee member of IOP, and committees of various academic organizations.
Research
Research Interests
  • Study of spintronic sensor and memory with ultra low power consumption
keyword : sensor, memory, ultra low power consumption
    2015.10~2018.03.
  • Energy harvesting application from spintronics
keyword : energy harvesting, spin current
    2015.10~2018.03.
Current and Past Project
  • The purpose of this study is to show the possibility which the Spin Seebeck power generation is enhanced from current pW-class to uW-class. By introducing the novel methods of fine structures and materials, we will enlarge the intrinsic parameters determining the generated power; Spin hall angular, spin mixing conductance and magnon temperature. After validation of the original ideas, the generated power potential will be estimated.
