Outline Activities
Among extracellular vesicles, exosomes are lipid bilayer vesicles from 50 to 150 nm in diameter and secreted by cells in vivo and cultured cells.
Exosomes are also characterized by their presence in body fluids, such as blood and urine, and are distributed via body fluids to cells throughout the body.
We are investigating the impact of exosomes on the pathogenesis and progression of pathological processes.
