○社会を「関係性」の織り重なりと捉え,人やデザインプロセスに着目した関係性の動的メカニズムの探求に取組んでいます.
○上記メカニズムを工学的アプローチにより可視化・定量評価することにも挑戦しています.
○ビジネス分野を包含しつつ,well-beingな社会を志向する「関係性の動的デザイン」に関わる多様なプロジェクトを展開し,それらを通じた方法論の開発・検証を行っています.

Quentin Ehkirch, Akane Matsumae, Understanding the influence of interpersonal factors on interactions in co-design through intersubjectivity: a systematic literature review, Design Science, doi:10.1017/dsj.2024.1, 10, e4, 29 pages, 2024.02, Design, like any social activity, greatly depends on human relationships for efficiency and sustainability. Collaborative design (co-design) in particular relies on strong interactions between members, as ideas and concepts become shared, going from personal (creation) to
interpersonal (co-creation). There is, then, a need to understand how interpersonal factors influence interactions in co-design, and this understanding can be achieved by using the insights gleaned from research on intersubjectivity, the field of social interactions. This
literature study was conducted using a systematic literature review to identify and classify the different methods used to measure intersubjectivity and see how this knowledge could explain the influence of interpersonal factors on interactions in co-design. The review identified 66 methods, out of which 4 main categories were determined. Furthermore,115 articles were analyzed and systematized in an online database, leading to a new
understanding of the role of interpersonal factors in measuring the interactive levels in co-design. They reveal a positive correlation, where a rising level of interactivity is made possible by the formation and maintenance of co-creation, leading to a state of resonance where the experiences of individuals are closely related. This paper presents a state-of-the-art report on trends in the study of intersubjectivity through interpersonal factors and proposes some directions for designers and researchers interested in taking these factors into consideration for their next co-design situation..

Akane MATSUMAE, Susumu MATSUMAE, Yukari NAGAI, Dynamic Relationship Design of Knowledge Co-Creating Cluster: Traditional Japanese Architectural Industry, Journal of SN Applied Sciences (Springer Nature), 10.1007/s42452-020-2209-2, 2, 3, 443, 2020.04, Increased global mobility led by remarkable developments and the extension of public infrastructure has brought about not only the possibility of further conventional static relationship design but the importance of dynamic relationship design as well. Operating on the assumption that this catalytic environmental change will occur in the form of increased mobility, every type of organization— regardless of the industrial sector, size, or profit status— is faced with the need to design and manage this connected society, newly dynamic environment.
Considering the social environment above, this study aims to develop a methodology to design and manage an innovation ecosystem which then generates a sustainable and autonomously collaborative relationships as the inevitably required first phase of organization emergence. How can a dynamic relationship as a knowledge co-creating subjectivity be formed among the organizations?
The authors introduced research methodology of dynamics, referring to knowledge creation theory; 1) proposing a dynamic system model simplifying research objects, 2) conducting the cases based on the proposed model, 3) performing a theoretical analysis on observed phenomena, and 4) engaging in discussion on improvements, or further development of the original model based on the findings.
In this study, the authors visualized the relations among co-creation, intersubjectivity, con-text, and boundary object in a dynamic model, and described the organizational emergence of knowledge-creating clusters using the dynamic model. This study contributes to the social shift in a contrasting approach, from the management of human well-doing for an efficient social system to the dynamic relationship design for human well-being..

4. 松前あかね, 永井由佳里, 多様な文脈にある個々人間での相互主観性形成過程における共創の役割, 日本創造学会論文誌, https://doi.org/10.24578/japancreativity.22.0_21, 22, 21-38, 2019.04, 本研究は, ①知識創造プロセスにおける個人の主観面での関与レベルに着目して協働を類型化し, ②そのうち共創的協働類型における主観面に生じるダイナミクスの主要要素を抽出し, ③それら主要要素について定量評価に向けた方法論を提示し, ④基礎実験の結果から各主要要素間の関係を分析し, ⑤共創的協働に関わる主観面のメカニズムに関わる動的モデルを提示した. 従来, 協働に関わる理論研究は, 「共創価値(Value Co-Created)」など協働から生じる価値に着目した「価値の最大化」ないし「プロセスの最適化」を志向するマネジメント領域の研究に集中しているところ, 本研究は関係性が基礎となるソーシャルデザイン領域におけるデザイン方法論への展開を念頭に, 協働行為を行う主体として「人と人の間に生じる主観」に着目し, その形成・展開の動的メカニズムの定量的捕捉を試みたものである..
