Koji Tsumura, Discrimination of models including H ±± by using tau decay, 23rd Hadron Collider Physics Symposium 2012, HCP 2012, 2013.09, [URL], The doubly charged scalar boson (H±±) is introduced in several models of the new physics beyond the standard model. The H±± can have Yukawa interactions with two left-handed charged leptons or two righthanded charged leptons. We study kinematical properties of H±± decay products through tau leptons in order to discriminate the chiral structures of the new Yukawa interaction. The chirality of tau leptons can be measured by the energy distributions of the tau decay products, and thus the chiral structure of the new Yukawa interaction can be traced in the invariant-mass distributions of the H ±± decay products [1]..

In the THDM-X, new Higgs bosons mostly decay into tau leptons in the wide range of the parameter space. Such scalar bosons are less constrained by current experimental data, because of the suppressed quark Yukawa interactions. We discuss a search strategy of the THDM-X with multi-tau lepton final states at International linear collider and Large Hadron Collider. By using the collinear approximation, we show that a four tau lepton signature (e+e- → HA → 4τ ) can be a clean signal..

Under the constraints from the current data of muon and tau rare decay, the cross section can be significantly large. It would improve the experimental upper bounds on the effective LFV coupling constants. We discuss the top quark anomalous couplings which can be described by higher dimensional operators. We investigate the process e-e+ → W-W+vv̄ → tt̄vv̄ to study the contribution of the anomalous top-Higgs coupling to the cross section. The effect of the dimension-six top-Higgs interaction on the cross section can be a few hundred percent greater than the SM prediction. Such a large effect can be measured at the International Linear Collider..

Parameters of the model are constrained from experimental results and also from requirements of theoretical consistencies such as vacuum stability and perturbative unitarity. Current data for LFV rare tau decays provide substantial upper limits on the LFV Yukawa couplings in the large tanβ region, which are comparable with predictions in fundamental theories. Here tan β is the ratio of vacuum expectation values of the two Higgs doublets. A search for the LFV decays φ0→ τ±μ±e) of neutral Higgs bosons (φ0 = h, H and A) at future collider experiments can be useful to further constrain the LFV couplings, especially in the relatively small tanβ region (tan β ≲ 30), where rare tau decay data cannot give any strong limit..
