白石 祥理, 非小細胞肺がんにおける複合免疫療法, 第19 回日本臨床腫瘍学会学術集会, 2022.02, 非小細胞肺癌の初回治療として、現在、プラチナ併用化学療法+抗PD-(L)1抗体が標準治療とみなされている。また、抗CTLA-4抗体であるイピリムマブを併用した複合免疫療法も使用できるようになっており、長期生存を目指す治療として期待されている。他の癌種と非小細胞肺癌での免疫療法の位置づけの相違点として、①EGFR遺伝子変異などのドライバー遺伝子陽性例においては、抗PD-(L)1抗体単剤では効果が乏しいこと、②抗CTLA-4抗体の位置づけがまだ定まっていないこと、などが挙げられる。本シンポジウムでは、非小細胞肺癌の複合免疫療法についての概略を提示し、複合免疫療法の将来展望を他領域の専門家と議論したい。. |
