In this district, which did not have a basic community event, the program gradually expanded the subject of checking from vacant houses and land to become established. The participation of the commissioned welfare volunteers in this process was a unique development. This indicates that the commissioned welfare volunteers can function as information hubs in the living environment management of the area they are responsible for.. |

Yohei Sadohara, Tsutomu Shiga, 縮減期を迎えた斜面住宅地における住環境点検・改善プログラムの実践的研究 −北九州市枝光一区における実践を対象として− A PRACTICAL STUDY ON THE RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT CHECK AND IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IN SHRINKING SLOPE AREA −Case study of the practice in the Edamitsu-ikku district−, 日本建築学会技術報告集 AIJ Journal of Technology and Design, 10.3130/aijt.27.795, 66, 795-800, 2021.06, [URL], The purpose of this paper is to examine the results of the “Residential environment check and improvement program” in the Edamitsu-ikku district. Launched in 2006, the program consists of neighborhood associations, regional councils and laboratories that exchange information by surrounding maps and records. As a result of continuous program for more than 10 years, improvement activities have been widely carried out by residents in each neighborhood association. In addition, in 2016, the Administrative Committee was started to promote improvements in areas that had long been problematic. Since then, improvements have been made in public roads, houses and vacant lots.. |

Xiaomeng Wang, Tsutomu Shiga, 北京市における高経年住宅団地の住環境整備の動向と課題 −「老旧小区総合整備事業」を対象として− Trends and challenges of the living environment of the old apartment complex in Beijing − A case study on comprehensive renovation project of Lao Jiu Xiaoqu −, 日本建築学会技術報告集 AIJ Journal of Technology and Design, 10.3130/aijt.24.1139, 24, 58, 1135-1138, 2018.10, [URL], In recent years, China cities are carrying out comprehensive renovation projects for old apartment complex. This study analyzed the project content and implementation methods, reached the following conclusions. 1)The project focus has altered from the renovation of the community environment to solve the problem of aging and community management issues. 2)The organizational form, content of implementation and the clear financial system together promoted the project. 3)Although the project improves the living environment, it also reduces the freedom of space use. In addition, the various levels of self-management should be taken seriously.. |
